Grapeseed Oil

Grapeseed oil is a light, neutral-flavored oil extracted from the seeds of grapes, a byproduct of winemaking. It is prized for its versatility in cooking (sautéing, dressings) and skincare due to its Vitamin E and polyunsaturated fats, mainly omega-6.

However, its high polyunsaturated fat content makes it less ideal for very high-heat frying. It is a light yellow-green oil, often chemically extracted, offering antioxidants and potential skin benefits like hydration and clearing pores.
